Client Goals

The client needed a way to automate transactional record entries into accounting books with high accuracy and to automate charts for easy retrieval of insights by accountants, and executives.

Business Challenge

We needed to build a web app on Django and Flutter with an NLP system to detect and transcribe named entities from spoken words.

Solution

We engaged our team comprising data engineers, MLOps, DevOps, NLP engineers and software developers in a full-cycle artificial intelligence and software development. The solution would help accountants, executives, and business owners to create quickly, prepare and analyse accounting transactions.

Value Delivered

The project is still in progress. With most machine learning and API components working at scale, the Determinas team are building an innovative artificial intelligence application with a great user experience that can efficiently transcribe and store accurate transactions inputted.

The application has a scalable architecture that can handle high data loads and an analytics algorithm that allows users to extract useful insights from data.
